Disc Drops- Add one of the 4x8mm Crystal Discs to a 2 inch headpin. Approximately 1/8 inch above the crystal create a loop using the loop directions. Repeat this for the other Crystal Disc.
1. String 1 Crimp Bead approximately 1 inch from the end of the Buddy Braids. 2. String 1 of the Disc Drops you just created.3. String the short end of the Buddy Braids back through the Crimp Bead (this will create a loop around the loop of your Disc Drop). Pull the Buddy Braids tight so there is a Buddy Braid loop about 1/8 inch big around the loop of the disc drop. See Illustration 1.Illustration 14. Squeeze the Crimp Bead so your Buddy Braids will not slip out.5. Trim the Buddy Braids you just strung through the crimp bead leaving about a ½ inch. Make sure you string the first several beads over both.6. String the following:I. 1 Faceted Magnetic Hematite Tube, 4 Size 6 Amethyst Seed Beads, 1 Clear Czech Rondelle, 1 Pink Glass Pearl, 1 Clear Czech, 4 Size 6 Amethyst Seed Beads.II. Repeat this pattern 14 times.III. String 1 additional Faceted Magnetic Tube.7. String 1 Crimp Bead8. String the other Disc Drop you created earlier.9. String the end of the Buddy Braids back through the crimp bead (again create a loop around the loop of your Disc Drop). While you string the Buddy Braids back through the crimp bead go back through several of the last beads you strung. Pull the Buddy Braids tight so there is a Buddy Braid loop about 1/8 inch big around the loop of your disc drop. See Illustration 2 Illustration 210. Squeeze the Crimp Bead so your Buddy Braids will not slip out.11. Trim the excess Buddy Braids.
