Each piece of these super strong silver-plated magnetic clasps has a small hole side and a large hole side as illustrated by the picture. Just slip your cord through the smaller hole end, knot it or crimp it when it comes out the larger hole end and pull tight. Do the same on the other side of the clasp and you are done! You can also put a headpin through and create a loop when it comes out the other side. Either way results in a great connection! When you go to put on your next bracelet or necklace the clasp will do all the work as soon as you get the ends about an inch away from each other!!! These clasps will not accidentally come undone.
